FALL BREAK CAMP 2024

Sacramento's sewing and cooking masterminds have mixed together a five-star recipe for a stuffed three-day Fall Break Camp! The menu of daily camps make perfect pairings for a full table and dinner ensemble this fall!

The multi-day camp will be hosted in two convenient East Sac locations and included with your camp registration:

Sewcial Studio (Tallac Village/Tahoe Park): aspiring sewists will learn skill building sewing machine use and project creation.

East Sac Kitchen (McKinley Park) with Beija Flor: Little geniuses will be led through practical and delicious holiday baking.

Together, we will be inspiring your child to feel accomplished and proud to show off to their friends and families their masterpieces and new purposeful skills!

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Monday, November 25 (at Sewcial):

🍁Learn how to use a sewing machine to create six linen dinner napkins for a beautiful tablescape

🍁Assemble and sew a pie tote that will securely transport your pie baked at camp to home or to Grandma's house

🍁Impress the fam and learn more social-building skills - Learn how to properly set a semi-formal dinner table. We will take home place mat templates to be used for future reference.

Tuesday, November 26 (at East Sac Kitchen with Beija.Flor):

🥧Bake a delicious pie and soft yummy dinner rolls

🥧Learn the super fun process of ice dying using our sewn linen napkins

🥧Be led through a gratitude and mindfulness yoga session

Wednesday, November 27 (At Sewcial with Sewcial & Beija.Flor):

🦃 Holiday helpers will learn to sew a washable custom sized apron from a variety of cotton fabrics

🦃Learn a magical and fun process of creating tapered or rolled candles

🦃Create lovely fall tablescapes and centerpieces
